Glycerine Soap Bar Cooler
This machine is designed for the production of glycerine soap bars. The process involves heating a glycerine solution, which is then poured into a storage tank and conveyed into 100 moulding pipes via a hydraulic suction system.
These oval pipes are equipped with chill water circulation to rapidly solidify the solution, forming 100 soap bars, each 900 mm in length, within a 1-hour process time.
The machine features a chill water tank with SS moulding pipe inserts and hydraulic bar ejection rods. Upon completion of the moulding process, the soap bars are ejected using a hydraulic mechanism operated by flame-proof electrical switches.
